Before getting into the recruiting game, I spent over a decade in the healthcare industry, working in various leadership roles and learning how important a great team is to the success of your business. As a former hiring manager, I understand the challenges and pain points that come with finding the right technical talent for the job. 

I have been with Ramp talent for over a year now, where we bring top-tier candidates to organizations who need to hire transformational roles, but don’t have the time or resources to find and screen A+ talent.

Finding the right person for your job can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Strong collaboration and regular communication, a healthy dose of caffeine, are my keys to success.
